    "This was my very first apartment and I enjoyed it here for 12 months. Everything is always well maintained and cleaned. If you have any issues with your apartment, he will be right on it and get it solved ASAP. Also, there is security driving around at night to ensure the safety of the residents and cars. I’m happy to say I didn't have any bad experiences at Villa Del Sur. Luis and his staff members are very friendly and professional!"

    "I lived there for a little over 2 years and really enjoyed my stay there. A great deal of that was due to the front desk lady, Alejandra, who was always super awesome and helpful, and the maintenance crew who were always super friendly and quick to respond. I feel that any place you live in is just a set of walls, and it’s the people around you that make the place—and they definitely did their best to make me feel at home."

    "The exteriors of these apartments are kept very clean and the staff here is always nice and helpful! Being that I am a first time renter, I can honestly say I wasn't sure what to expect or what the process of renting an apartment was, but the manager, Alejandra, made the process as easy as possible for us. The interiors of the apartments are even more beautiful in person. The renovation pictures are exactly how they look online (pleasant surprise there!) and I have not had any major issues. I'm going on 7 months now and I'm very happy and comfortable living here. It's as quiet during the day as it is at night!"
